My name is Nikki Hunter.

I have been around dogs since I was born, growing up with german shepherds.

I got my own dog when I had finished university and had my own home. Her name was Mooch, who I sadly lost at the start of 2021, at the age of 14. She was a rescue girl, and through getting to know her and looking more into rescue, I worked with the Senior Staffy Club, among other rescues for ten years.

Having worked with dogs from all backgrounds, and having had my own dogs with various issues, from separation anxiety to fear aggression, I am more than happy to walk dogs that may have some issues.

I absolutely adore dogs, and definitely have an affinity with them, as locally I am known as the dog whisperer, as they all come happily to me!

Any dog that I walk or look after will be treated as if they are my own. Walks will vary, to keep their interest up. Lots of positive reinforcement and engagement will give them a brain workout as well as a physical workout.

As someone who is fully insured, CRB checked and has been walking dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages and temperaments for many years, you can be confident that your dog will be well cared for and always loved as much as you do.

I currently foster for the Dachshund Rescue UK, who are happy to give a reference, should it be required.
